Katherine Diggs, APRN-C, is a dedicated nurse practitioner, married for nearly 25 years, and mother of three girls. With an extensive background in labor and delivery nursing, Katherine's passion for women's health grew from her personal experiences with PCOS, endometriosis, and infertility.These challenges fueled her desire to pursue advanced education in the field. She earned her undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, followed by her MSN from the consortium program at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Katherine has also trained at the renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she gained specialized skills in breast and cervical cancer screening, including the clinical expertise required for diagnosis. With years of experience in public health, primarily serving underprivileged women, she has always been deeply committed to improving the lives of those in need.Most recently, she has worked in private practice, focusing on women’s wellness, health optimization, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and continues to expand her expertise by attending courses dedicated to managing the complex hormonal needs of women at midlife and beyond. In addition, Katherine launched her own supplement company in 2024, further expanding her focus on wellness and health optimization.
